How long does the branding process typically take?
I move fast because I know you have a business to launch. A standard comprehensive brand identity takes 10 to 15 days from the kick-off call to final delivery. This includes discovery, mood boarding, and the full design phase.
What happens if I don’t like the initial concepts?
I don't just "guess" and hope you like it. My process starts with a Strategic Discovery & Mood Boarding phase where I align on the visual direction before a single logo is drawn. This ensures that the final designs are already rooted in an aesthetic you’ve approved. Plus, my packages include 2-3 rounds of refinement to polish the details until they're perfect.
Who actually owns the final designs?
You do. Once the final payment is settled, 100% of the copyright and ownership of the brand assets belong to you. I provide the industry-standard source files (.AI, .SVG, .EPS) so you’re never "locked-in" to a specific agency and can scale your brand however you see fit.
Do you provide files for both web and print?
Absolutely. I provide a full asset library optimized for every use case. You’ll get high-resolution files for your website and social media, as well as vector-based, CMYK-formatted files that are ready to be sent straight to a professional printer for signage, packaging, or business cards.
I already have a logo; can you just help me with a "refresh"?
Yes. Many of my clients come with an existing brand that just feels a bit dated or inconsistent. I can perform a "Brand Evolution" where I keep the soul of your current identity but modernize the typography, color palette, and overall system to make it feel premium again.

Brand Discovery Document: A summary of your brand’s mission, target audience, and market positioning. Visual Creative Direction: Two distinct mood boards to align on the "vibe" before we start the design.
The Identity System
Primary Logo: The hero version of your brand. Secondary & Monogram Logos: Scaled-down versions for social media profiles, favicons, and small-print areas. Wordmark: A custom typography-based logo for a clean, modern look. Color Palette: Primary and secondary colors with HEX, RGB, and CMYK codes for digital and print accuracy.
Typography & Brand Language
Type Hierarchy: Selection of primary and secondary fonts with clear instructions on how to use them for headings, sub-headlines, and body text. Visual Elements: Custom patterns, textures, or iconography styles that make your brand recognizable even without the logo.
Brand Guidelines (The "Playbook")
Usage Manual: A PDF guide explaining "do’s and don’ts" for your brand (spacing, scaling, and color usage). Brand Voice & Tone: Brief guidelines on how your brand should sound in written communication.
Final Asset Package
High-Resolution Exports: Ready-to-use files in .PNG, .JPG, and .SVG. Industry-Standard Source Files: Fully editable .AI (Adobe Illustrator) or .EPS files—you own your assets forever. Print-Ready Files: Correctly formatted files for professional printing (business cards or stationery templates included).
