Summary

I lead, work, and guide my own recruitment research, email marketing, and phone screening team (NOT an agency), who engage, qualify/screen, and present seemingly qualified and interested candidates, for our clients.
I have five employee team members who work with me in a collaborative team model:
-I provide ALL hands-on direction throughout the entire recruiting life cycle for each position we recruit for.
-I design/revise and execute all front-end sourcing strategies
-I write every piece of communication that is delivered to prospective candidates
-I manage all client interactions and relationships, and
-I will move all candidate finalists through the offer process, if and as needed.
You get me plus my team, or a collaborative recruiting department model that is truly unlike any other!

Process

Here's how we work:
Immediately after an agreement is approved and intake sessions are completed, for each position 
We will enter into research across multiple social media platforms, information resource databases, and our own proprietary system-driven process.
While this research is being conducted, we create custom, multi-round, email marketing, text, and phone prospecting campaign content (shared with you for approval)
Within 24 hours, we launch our first-round direct, customized marketing social media marketing campaign, to ALL primary-target prospects, quickly followed by direct outreach via email, followed by phone call (where contact information is available).
ANY responses are immediately scheduled for a brief conversation before handing over to you
AND, this cycle repeats daily until your positions are filled - literally reaching out to hundreds of or new select/target prospects weekly, where follow-up outreach/campaigns begin within 5-7 days.

What's included

  • Candidates presented by week #2 of my work!

    We need 10 hours per week per unique position type. We obtain enough qualified candidates moving into the interview process to close 80% of our roles in 3-5 weeks, where 20% of our roles will take 6-8 weeks or more, based on job complexity or the number of openings.
