Upon receiving a design, I will go over the design and suggest fixes if any of the parts are finicky to develop (a lot of email readers support only ancient CSS, and won't render correctly certain design elements).

After starting the work on a template, a client can expect a delivery in 1-2 days. If there are more similar variations of the email, each subsequent variation takes about 30min to develop (depends of the design).

I will provide more precise estimates after seeing the designs.
