Summary
I consult with companies building developer tools to help them identify assess and improve the developer experience (DX).
With my deep experience in both software development and Developer Relations/Advocacy, I offer an ideal combination of "fresh eyes" that can help you understand how the developer community responds to your product, and an experienced DX mindset that can help contextualize your product in the wider dev ecosystem and add strategic insights to help guide your product development and developer relations efforts.
What's included
Remote consulting
I will meet with your team as much/little as needed to understand your DX challenges and concerns. Consultations can take place synchronously via video call, or asynchronously via written communication over email, Discord/Slack, Github, etc.
Product feedback
In the course of familiarizing myself with your product/platform as a developer, I will maintain detailed notes of what is working well, what struggles or roadblocks come up during product onboarding, and any other findings related to the current developer experience.
