Summary

If you're launching a course, new products, or want to strengthen how you connect with your audience, our Email Automation Setup + Strategy will set you up fast, clarify your options for the first 6 months, and create the foundation for long-term success across your business.
Within 10 weeks, we get on the same page about your goals, deliver a fully functioning email system, document the setup, and teach you how to use it. We also leave you with a full roadmap you can gradually deploy as your business grows.

Process

Phase 1 • Strategy In our first few weeks together, we’ll build a long-term business + customer experience strategy and a concrete short-term plan to iterate on. We start by learning everything about your business goals and values. Then, we spend time digging into your current plans, understanding your people via your current audience/clients/community, and what's working so far and what's not.
Phase 2 • Implementation We set up your email systems and automations unique to your audience. From opt-ins and onboarding sequences to launch campaigns and evergreen funnels, we make sure everything reflects your brand voice and supports the experience you want your subscribers to have.
Phase 3 • Launch The final phase is where we support you as your plans start coming to life. We help you in executing the steps towards a “launch.” Launch doesn’t have to be an actual big public launch, it’s about working towards a milestone we agree on.
