Understand the business process and functions for which we are developing the system.

Finalize the scope

Prepare project plan explaining the development tools, technologies, project management tools, sprint duration, development strategy, source control and branching strategy, QA process, deployment process and production environment.

List precise requirements with clear functional and non-functional requirements.

Breakdown requirements into actionable small tasks and derive task priorities.

Design sprints by assigning tasks.

Develop the sprints as per defined coding standards and architecture.

Test the developed features with all possible use cases to make sure they function as per the requirements.

Release the sprint for client acceptance, release on production environment once accepted by client.

Fix any bug from the production version.

Start next sprint.
