• How soon can we start?

  My calendar sometimes gets booked out in advance so I recommend getting in touch as soon as possible to reserve your spot in my schedule.

• Is there any prep work I'll need to do?

  You will need to provide me with your brand assets (logos, brand colours, fonts etc) and your images and photography before we get started. Need a new logo designed? I can help with that too. I kindly request you provide these to me no later than a week before your project is due to commence. I'll also send you a strategy questionnaire for you to complete before your project, so that I have all the information we need in advance of starting your website.

• What platform will my website be on?

  I use Wix Studio for all client websites. Wix is an amazingly robust and secure platform, that allows me to build completely one-of-a-kind, mobile-friendly websites. It's also incredibly user-friendly for my clients too, and will let you edit and make updates to your own site. You don't need to sign up for a Wix account until your website is complete and ready to be transferred to you.

• Can I add a store or other functionality to my site?

  Yes! I can integrate e-commerce, bookings, or a members' section -- anything you need for your business! Let me know what you need and I can provide you with a quote.

• How long will the process take?

  My streamlined website design process means you will have your new website up and running in just 3 - 4 weeks! (Or 4 - 5 weeks for an online shop.)

• Do you offer payment plans?

  Yes! I offer monthly payment plans.

• Are there any other costs to consider?

  Once your website is complete, you will need to sign up for a Wix Studio premium plan.
