When a project is busy but progress is unclear, the first job is to make the work manageable.

I will turn one active digital, AI or creative project into a practical delivery plan and coordinate a focused two-week sprint. You receive a scope and milestone plan, a prioritised task board, named owners, a dependency and risk log, two progress reviews and a final handover.

The package includes up to 12 hours of project-management work across 14 days for one workstream and up to five delivery contributors. I use your existing tools where practical.

My background includes Project Manager at Jensen Consulting from September 2020 to July 2023. This package provides planning and coordination, with your team retaining the delivery work and business decisions.

SCOPE LIMITS No guarantee that other contributors finish their work, daily unlimited availability, line management, recruitment, purchasing authority, budget approval, software development, creative production or responsibility for an existing contractual deadline. No PMP, PRINCE2 or Scrum certification is claimed.

The delivery period begins after complete inputs and scope approval.

COMPLETION AND HANDOVER Complete when the scoped project plan, ownership, milestones, risks, delivery board and handover are supplied within 12 hours over 14 days, for up to five contributors and 30 tasks. One consolidated refinement round is included. Completion covers the planning and reset package; delivery by other contributors is not guaranteed.

Delivery starts once the brief, required materials and agreed access are complete. Any delay affecting the delivery date is agreed through Contra.
