What's included

• User story definition

  Assistance with identifying priority user needs and translating them to actionable design tasks.

• User flows and Information architecture

  User flow chart to define the overall user journey and interaction points. Information architecture charts to define product/website organization and navigation.

• Wireframes

  Low fidelity wireframes to address specific user needs / flows.

• Mockups (in Figma)

  High fidelity mockups created using a pre-determined UI system (such as Google's Material UI), or using a custom-designed UI (see separate service).

• UI component design

  Custom design for UI components based branding guidelines. Includes core visual language (colors, typography) and designs for core components (such as buttons, text inputs, and nav bars). This does not include code implementation of designed components.

• Figma prototypes

  Low or high-fidelity prototypes created in Figma. Useful for conducting user research or showing a demo to stakeholders. Prototypes are built to showcase specific user flows or product features.

• Workshops

  Having trouble getting the team to align on priorities? Want to quickly brainstorm ideas for solving a specific product problem? A collaborative group workshop may help! This includes discussing workshop goals, planning for workshops, and facilitation.
