Summary
You will retain me to exclusively shoot properties for your real estate firm or property management company for 4 calendar weeks beginning on the 1st of the following month. Each property is usually billed at a rate of $650+milage , but if you take advantage of the maximum of 4 properties per week on this retainer, you would only pay just over $450 per property a savings of up to $200 per property.

3d Imaging, Drone Photos and Interior photos for Up to 4 homes a week
25 Edited Magazine Quality Still Images, 1 Matterport or Zillow3d digital Walk-through hosted for 3 months, and one 30 to 60 second showcase video per property, up to 4 properties per calendar week, video and photos delivered within 24 hours of finishing the final shoot of the day, for a period of 4 calendar weeks. A savings of up to $200 per property per shoot. Only available within 30 miles of 15206.
