Process

Step 1: Initial Inquiry
The client contacts you via Contra (or email) with details of their project, including the type of content (e.g., film, short video, documentary), length, and deadlines.
Step 2: Project Discussion
You schedule a consultation (video call or chat) to understand the client's vision, goals, and specific editing requirements, such as style, color grading, transitions, and special effects.
Step 3: Quotation & Agreement
Based on the project scope, you provide a customized quote, including timelines, revisions, and deliverables. Once agreed, both parties sign an agreement / contract.
Step 4: Asset Collection
The client provides all necessary assets (raw footage, audio files, graphics, etc.) through a shared folder or cloud storage platform. You clarify any missing elements before starting.
Step 5: Editing Process
You begin editing based on the agreed plan, keeping the client informed of progress. You may share rough cuts or previews for feedback during the process.
Step 6: Review & Feedback
Once the first draft is ready, you submit it for client review. The client provides feedback, and you incorporate any revisions.
Step 7: Final Delivery
After all revisions are completed and approved, you deliver the final, high-quality version in the required format.
Step 8: Payment & Project Close
Once the client approves the final deliverable, they process payment (via Contra), and you provide any additional requested materials (e.g., project files, assets).
Step 9: Follow-Up
You may follow up for client satisfaction and offer future collaboration opportunities or support for post-project queries.
