I manually punch every design using industry-standard software (Tajima DG by Pulse) to ensure flawless stitch pathing, minimal thread breaks, and a premium look on any fabric.
What is included in this service:
Manual Digitizing: Expert stitch assignment for hats, polos, jackets, or patches.
Vectorization: If your logo is low-resolution, I will trace and clean it up first (using Adobe Suite).
Production Files: Delivery in your machine's native format (.DST, .PES, .EXP, .Tajima, etc.).
Digital Mockup: A 3D preview of how the embroidery will look before you run it on your machine.
Production Sheet: A PDF with color sequence, thread count, and dimensions.
