I have a forensic eye (having trained professionally as a Criminal Psychologist), and I will find the punctuation/spelling/grammar that is wrong.
What's included
Copy Editing?
So this is more than just correcting grammatical errors. I will see how the text reads, flows, if the concepts/messages resonate and are easy to grasp etc. I will then give you my suggestions. The incorrect grammar I will correct automatically.
If you want just the grammar corrected, I have another service listed as "Proof-reading' which may be a better fit.
(Please note this is not the same as Copywriting)
Expectations:
This service allows for 1 round of corrections and editing. If you make more changes following the end of the project. we will need to discuss the budget for this.
Finished Project
The project will be delivered to you with all grammatical errors corrected and all my suggestions for other editing (which you can choose to accept or not). The project will be delivered via MS Tracked Changes so that you can see all the changes made and accept at the click of a button.
The project will be delivered on (usually before) the deadline date mutually agreed.
Priority Service
If you need a priority service and I need to bump you to the front of the cue, we can discuss, and this will obviously come at a slightly higher rate.
