Ad account audit - Provided you have previous Facebook ad account activity, we start with an extensive ad account audit which can help us identify areas for improvement and speed up the optimization process.
Extensive audience, competitor, niche, and brand research - We use Facebook's audience insights tool, along with your knowledge of your ideal customers to perform extensive audience research. Through this research, we can often find previously overlooked high-performing targeting options. We also analyze other parts of your business through Amazon reviews, blogs, Facebook groups, forums, etc.
Full campaign structure - Most of the Facebook ad campaigns we create follow our unique structure. This allows us to test multiple variables without overloading Facebook's optimization process.
Audience creation - While doing research on your audience, we gather the interests of people who can be interested in your products/services. We use this information to test a couple of different audiences and get to a winning one. After we gather enough data in the Facebook pixel, we start with more in-depth advertising where we include custom and lookalike audiences based on people who visited your website, added to cart, purchased, or engaged with your FB/IG page.
Location targeting - By researching the area in which you operate, and where most of your customers come from, we establish the best locations to advertise to. This will take into account predicted audience size and the products and services you offer.
Ad creation - We use your best images/videos, or create new ones when necessary, and use our copywriting experience to create a range of high-converting ads. So, besides campaign management, you’ll also have access to our graphic design and video editing services, all under one fee.
Pixel tracking - We set up all the necessary Pixel tracking within your Facebook ad account and provide your webmaster, or whoever deals with your website, with the code and installation instructions. If needed, we can also handle this for you since we have our own web development sector.
Audience adjustments and budget reallocation - We use conversion and audience insights data to find the groups of people (demographics, interests, etc.) that respond best to your campaigns. We then use that data to optimize your campaigns.
Ad testing and optimization - We monitor the performance of each ad, pausing the underperformers and creating new ads to test against the best performers. Process of testing new ads never ends, we just learn more about our customers as time pass and use this to make a difference in the results, aka bigger ROAS (return on ad spend).
Placement targeting adjustments - We use conversion data and engagement reports to assess how well each placement is performing. If certain options are significantly outperforming others, we divert the budget accordingly.
Strategic adjustments - We make any necessary strategic adjustments, including new campaign and sales funnel creation to ensure your Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns are delivering the best results possible.

Does your service include graphic design and video editing?
Yes, our fee includes graphic design and video editing services.
If I don’t have images/videos, can the agency create them?
As long as you have product images, we can create images and videos from them. Another option is to organize a photo shooting, which we can also do for you.
Are you going to advise on CRO too?
Yes. Conversion Rate Optimization is an important part of the funnel and we need to optimize it in order to get a better conversion rate.
What’s the minimum advertising budget I need to start?
Depending on your product or service, we suggest a minimum of $100 per day.
How often do I get reports from you?
Withing the Google Sheet, we’re creating daily, weekly, and monthly reports. If needed, we can also create more in depth reports.
How long will it take until we start seeing profitable results?
While some clients see results within the first few weeks, some take more time. We always suggest a “trial collaboration” of at least one month, after which gather all collected data, schedule a meeting and discuss our next steps.
