• What happens if I don’t use all the hours during the retainer?

  During the retainer, we will set expectations each week on the projects and responsibilities, making it unlikely that all the hours won't be used if everything is planned and executed as expected. If plans change and a project takes less time than expected, any unused hours can be accumulated. These accumulated hours can be used during another busy week or to extend the retainer. **Example:** If you booked a 2-week retainer of 10 hours a week but only used 5 hours in the first week, you will have 5 extra hours. These hours can be added to the second week, allowing for 15 hours of work, or you can extend the retainer by an additional week for 5 hours.
