Initial Audit + Strategy Guide
My background is in social media, content, and marketing strategy. The first thing I will do as your social media manager is perform a thorough audit and analysis of your account(s) and provide you with a strategy guide that we will use to reach your brand's goals on social media based on data, research, trend tracking, and more.
Platform Management
I'll manage the posting (or scheduling) of your content on social media, and I will act as your community manager, engaging with your audience via comments and DMs. It is so important for brands to treat social media as a social platform to connect with their audience in 2022 and I will help you nurture that culture within your own audience.
Content
From graphic design to videography and editing (long form for YouTube or short form for TikTok + Instagram Reels) to content and caption writing -- I will be your in-house content creator, curator, and editor. It's helpful if your brand already has brand photos or videography, but I am happy to also create original content using your products.
Analytics Review
At the end of the month I will audit your social media account using analytics and post-creative review, and I will provide you with a detailed summary of what went well, what can be improved, and suggestions for next month.
Ongoing Communication
The best part of DFY social media management is the level of "hands on" required from you. If you'd like to stay in the loop, we can schedule bi-monthly meetings to go over strategy, content, and what's going on with your social media behind the scenes. Prefer to take a more hands off approach? We can communicate through email and I'll send you recorded video messages to describe anything that requires more than a simple email.
Social Media Notion Dashboard
You will receive access to a customized Notion dashboard that will serve as the hub for all of your social media -- from content calendars to strategy guides to audits. This easy to access online portal will allow you to easily see, approve, or request edits to your social media posts before they go live, as well as review past audits and more.
