What's included
Wireframing / UX Design
Upon receiving your briefing, the first deliverable will be the wireframes in Figma. We will conduct an analysis of your solution or business and research competitors to understand what works and what does not. Based on this information, we will create wireframes and the UX design, which will require your approval. The deliverables will include two pages within the Figma file.
UI Design
Once the wireframes and UX design are approved, we will proceed with the UI design. Our focus will be to ensure that your application stands out from your competitors and delivers the intended emotions. The deliverable will be a unique page within the Figma file.
Style Guide / UI Kit
Following the completion of the UI design, we will prepare a Style Guide and a UI Kit to facilitate smooth development. The deliverable will be a unique page within the Figma file.
Motion Design
After the main design is finalized, we typically recommend proceeding with motion design for the website or software to ensure clean and high-quality animations during development. The deliverables will include one or multiple .mp4 video files.

To initiate a project, please send us a briefing with your detailed requirements. We will then review and if we believe we can be a good match we are going to schedule a consultation call together to discuss the details.
The duration of a project depends on its complexity and your specific needs. Generally, a complete design cycle from wireframing to motion design takes between 4 to 8 weeks.
We actively involve our clients in the review process. After each major phase (Wireframing, UI Design), we seek your feedback and offer revisions to ensure the final product aligns with your vision.
We offer both hourly and fixed-rate pricing models to accommodate the specific needs and scope of each project. For projects with well-defined requirements, a fixed-rate model may be more suitable, allowing for clear budgeting from the start. For projects where the scope is less certain or likely to evolve, an hourly rate might be more appropriate.
