About this service

Summary

This is for product teams, founders, or startups facing uncertainty—launching a new feature, improving a workflow, or validating a bold idea. The design sprint compresses months of work into one decisive week. At the end, you'll have a user-tested prototype, team alignment, and a clear direction forward.

Process

1️⃣ Monday – Map & Target We define the long-term goal, list the sprint questions, map out the user journey, and choose a specific target for the week.
2️⃣ Tuesday – Sketch Solutions Team members individually sketch detailed solutions after seeing lightning demos and expert input. We end with a gallery of ideas.
3️⃣ Wednesday – Decide & Storyboard We critique the sketches, vote on the strongest ones, and combine them into a step-by-step storyboard for the prototype.
4️⃣ Thursday – Prototype A realistic, high-fidelity prototype is built in Figma—fast, focused, and just good enough for testing.
5️⃣ Friday – Test & Learn We conduct five user interviews, observe their reactions, and identify what worked, what didn’t, and what to do next.

FAQs

  • Is this a solo sprint or team-based?

It’s designed to be collaborative. Ideally, 3–5 stakeholders from your team are involved throughout the week to make decisions and provide feedback.

  • Do I need to be available every day?

We’ll align on key sessions (usually 2–3 hours per day), but I’ll manage the design and prototyping work in the background to keep things moving.

  • Can we customize the sprint for a smaller scope?

Yes! I can adapt the sprint format for smaller teams, tighter timelines, or more focused outcomes like user flows or early-stage ideas.

  • What kind of problems can we solve with this?

Design sprints are perfect for feature design, onboarding flows, product pivots, MVP validation, UX overhauls, and more.

  • Do we keep all the files and recordings?

Absolutely. You’ll receive the prototype, summary report, sprint assets, and user feedback recordings.

  • What happens after the sprint?

You’ll walk away with a validated prototype and clear recommendations. If needed, I offer follow-up support to turn the prototype into a full product design or handoff to development.
