Initial Consultation: We begin with a discussion to understand your vision, preferences, and requirements for the artwork. This includes identifying the desired style, medium, color palette, and any specific elements you want included.
Concept Development: Based on our initial consultation, I create several concept sketches. These preliminary sketches help visualize different ideas and directions for the project. We review these together, and you provide feedback to refine the direction.
Detailed Sketch: After selecting a concept, I develop a detailed sketch that outlines the final composition. This step ensures that the composition, proportions, and overall design meet your expectations before moving on to the final artwork.
Client Approval: The detailed sketch is shared with you for approval. Any necessary adjustments are made based on your feedback to ensure complete satisfaction before proceeding to the final artwork.
Final Artwork Creation: With the approved detailed sketch as a guide, I create the final artwork. This stage involves meticulous attention to detail and careful execution to bring the concept to life, whether it’s a digital piece or traditional medium.
Progress Updates: Throughout the creation process, I provide regular updates and images of the artwork’s progress. This ensures that you are informed and can provide any additional feedback to keep the project on track.
Revisions:Up to 8 rounds of revisions are included to make any fine-tuning adjustments. This step ensures that the final piece aligns perfectly with your vision and expectations.
Final Approval and Delivery: Once the final artwork is completed and approved, I deliver high-resolution digital files in various formats (JPEG, PNG, TIFF) for your use. If the project involves a physical piece, it will be carefully packaged and shipped to you.
Certificate of Authenticity: A signed certificate verifying the authenticity of the artwork is provided, adding value and assurance of the original work.
Post-Delivery Support: I offer ongoing support for any minor adjustments or additional needs related to the artwork, ensuring long-term satisfaction with the project.
