  You can request a variety of design projects, including UI/UX design, web and mobile app interfaces, landing pages, brand identity, and more. I work closely with you to ensure that each deliverable aligns with your brand goals.

• How does the subscription model work?

  The subscription gives you ongoing access to high-quality design services on a monthly basis. Each month, you can submit requests for new projects or iterations on existing ones, ensuring a continuous design output that adapts to your needs.

• How many design requests can I make each month?

  You can make unlimited requests, but projects are completed one at a time based on priority. This approach ensures quality and attention to detail for each deliverable. Usually, you will get a complete landing page within 2 days depending on the complexity.

• What if I need revisions on a design?

  Revisions are included! After receiving the initial design, you’ll have the opportunity to provide feedback, and I’ll work on revisions until you’re satisfied with the result. The most important thing for me is that you are satisfied with the final result.

• How do we communicate and track project progress?

  I’ll integrate with your preferred communication tools, such as Slack and Trello. If you don’t have a setup, I can create dedicated workspaces for your project, allowing you to easily oversee each stage and manage the backlog.

• What is the typical turnaround time for a design?

  Turnaround time varies depending on the complexity of the project, but you can typically expect initial designs within a few business days. I’ll keep you updated on timelines for each request.

• Can I cancel the subscription at any time?

  Yes, you can cancel at any time. Your subscription is flexible, and I understand that design needs may change. Any ongoing projects will be completed up to the end of your current billing cycle. And, you can stop and continue when you have new tasks.

• Do you offer custom packages if I need something different?

  Of Course! If you have unique needs, reach out! I’m open to customizing the service to best suit your requirements, whether it’s increased project capacity, specialized design types, or extended collaboration.

• How do I know which designs will be prioritized?

  You’ll have full control over project prioritization. At the beginning of each month (or whenever new requests are made), we’ll review priorities together to ensure your top needs are addressed first.

• What file formats will I receive for each design?

  You’ll receive all essential files in formats ready for implementation, typically including Figma files, PNGs, JPEGs, and PDFs. I’ll also provide any additional assets upon request.
