Process

1.) Onboarding 👥
With our initial call, we will dig into understanding your objectives and how to best achieve them. Through this conversation, I will understand your needs and goals for this project and find the best and most effective way to engage with your readers!
2.) Topic Research 🔍
After our call, I will look for topics connected to your brand and for which your potential clients might be searching for. I will then give you a choice between three of them. The one you choose will be used as the basis for the article.
3.) Research & Content Creation ✍️
Although I will be doing extensive research around the topic and writing your article, you will always be kept in the loop! I will make sure to ask any question that may pop up during the process (in the end, you are the expert in your field!) and will inquire about any peculiar wording or formatting I would like to use.
4.) Revision: Round #1 ✏️
Once the content is written and edited, I'll be sharing the Google Doc with you so that you can read it and make any comments, suggestions or edits. Once you are finished, I will make sure to apply all your edits and suggestions. This process shouldn't take more than 48 hours.
(If you are happy with the content and changes aren't needed, we will then proceed immediately to step #6!)
5.) Revision: Round #2 ✏️
Once I complete my revision, I will share the document one last time for you to make any final changes.
6.) The article is yours! 📧

  • What is your experience in the medical field?

    Great question! So, for starters, I have a BSc in Biomedical Sciences and an MSc in Medical Biotechnology and Business Management from the University of Warwick, a top UK university. Both degrees have given me a in-depth knowledge of a variety of biomedical fields, from oncology to microbiology to extreme environmental biology. Furthermore, I currently have multiple years of work experience as a Content Marketing Manager for a world-leading medical devices manufacturer, B Medical Systems. During my academic and professional career I have written countless pieces of content, from blog articles to research papers.

What's included

  • Keyword Research 🔍

    I will conduct keyword research to identify 3 keywords with high potential traffic and for which you will be easily able to rank for. Out of these three keywords found, you will be able to choose one around which I will write the article. If you already have a particular topic in mind, this step is skipped.

  • 1500-Word Article 📝

    I will write a 1500-word article on your chosen topic. I will also ensure that the style and voice will fit your brand, and that any claims made in the article are backed by reputable sources.

  • 2 Rounds of Revisions ✏️

    The article will be written on a Google Doc and shared with you. You will then be able to comment on it and make suggestions or edits. Once that is done I will tweak the text according to your needs and send it back to you for a final review. If any minor changes are needed then I will make them according to your specifications.
