Process

STEP 1: ONBOARDING
Access to a Notion client portal, where contracts, invoices, project tracking, questionnaires, presentations, and files are available.
To begin, a detailed questionnaire must be completed to gain a full understanding of the business and determine the best solutions.
STEP 2: STRATEGY
Once the questionnaire is completed, a strategy call will be scheduled to dive deeper into the brand strategy.
Based on this information, research will be conducted, ideas will be explored, and TWO mood boards will be created to establish the brand’s visual direction.
STEP 3: CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT
After selecting a mood board, a visual identity concept will be created to suit the brand.
This concept will include colour palettes, typography, and imagery that align with the strategy. Feedback will be essential to refine the design, ensuring it resonates with the target audience and effectively represents the brand.
STEP 4: REVISIONS
The design concept will be reviewed, and detailed feedback provided to refine the designs. Adjustments will be made based on insights to ensure the final design aligns with the vision.
This process includes THREE rounds of revisions.
STEP 5: ADD-ONS (IF REQUIRED)
Additional brand assets, such as business cards, social media templates, or other materials, can be created to complement the visual identity. These add-ons are optional and will involve extra fees.
STEP 6: DELIVERY
Final files will be provided in various formats and sizes to suit different uses, ensuring flexibility across print and digital applications. Everything will be organised and ready for seamless implementation.

  • How many concepts do I get to choose from?

    I follow the one-concept method, meaning only one concept is presented. After years of exploring multiple directions, this approach proved to be the most effective. The process begins with an in-depth exploration of brand strategy and design preferences, ensuring the concept is fully aligned with the brand’s needs. When multiple concepts are created, ideas often become diluted, as time and creativity are split across different directions. By focusing on a single, well-developed concept, every design choice is intentional and tailored to the brand’s identity. The process remains collaborative, with revision rounds included to refine and perfect the concept.

  • Can I add elements to a package?

    Absolutely! Elements can be added as needed. These additions are considered add-ons and are not included in the original package price, so an extra charge will apply. Any add-ons can be discussed during the discovery call.

  • How do I keep track of the process throughout the project?

    You’ll receive a link to your client portal in Notion, where you can track the progress of the project. The portal includes a project tracker, so you can see which stage the project is at and when to expect each phase to be completed. You’ll also have access to all deliverables, contracts, and invoices in the same place.
