Embedded product ownership for your team, 2–5 days a week. I take a product area end to end — so your founders can stop being the accidental PM and your engineers stop guessing what "done" means.
Who it's for
Startups and scale-ups (5–50 engineers) whose founders still own the backlog and can't keep up
Teams between PM hires, or scaling faster than they can recruit
Companies that need enterprise-grade release discipline without enterprise overhead
What I own
Discovery & requirements — turn stakeholder and customer input into clear, testable user stories
Backlog & prioritization — one intake channel, explicit priorities, a definition of "ready" your team holds to
Release planning — scope cut per release, dependencies mapped, no surprise slips
Stakeholder alignment — founders, engineering and customers see the same roadmap and know why it's ordered that way
How we work
Week 1 is an onboarding sprint: context, stakeholder interviews, backlog audit. From week 2 I run in your cadence — standups, planning, reviews — inside your stack (Jira, Notion, Azure DevOps, Productboard, Figma, Miro). Berlin-based (CET): your entire US morning is my afternoon, so ceremonies fit EST/CST hours and async updates cover the rest.
What you get every week
A groomed, prioritized backlog · release-scoped roadmap · written weekly progress notes · a PO who challenges estimates and ships — not slides.
