What you get each month • 20 hours/week of focused engineering (~80 hours/month) — mix of feature work, bug fixes, technical decisions, and code review • Weekly Loom demo + weekly written status update • Slack or Linear for async coordination (no daily standups) • Architecture decisions documented as we make them (lightweight ADR format) • On-call for production incidents during CET business hours (09:00–18:00 CET) • Monthly technical roadmap review (60-min call) • Direct access to me — not a project manager, not an account exec

How it works • Month-to-month commitment. Cancel anytime with 2 weeks notice • Booked via Calendly: 30-min intro call first to confirm stack and chemistry fit • 50% of monthly fee upfront, 50% on month-end • If we ship nothing meaningful in a month (rare, but possible), you pay only 50% • I take a 1-week scheduled break every quarter (announced upfront, planned around your roadmap)

NOT included • Design work — I work from your design system, Figma files, or component library • Marketing site / content / copywriting • Customer support operations • Off-hours / weekend / holiday on-call (separate emergency retainer if needed) • More than 80 hours in a month — if scope grows, we upgrade tier or scope down
