We agree on a monthly backlog and available capacity, then focus on the highest-priority work. You get weekly async updates, a weekly shipping cadence and a roadmap check-in every two weeks. Slack access is included for project communication.

You work directly with me and retain repository access throughout the engagement. We review priorities together as your product and customer feedback evolve.

$2,500 USD per month. Typical engagements cover approximately 20–40 hours per month; exact capacity, priorities and working arrangements are agreed before we start.

Larger releases or work beyond the agreed capacity are scoped separately before additional work begins. Pausing or cancelling follows the engagement agreement.

The agreed code, project credentials and documentation are handed over after the corresponding final payment. Third-party services and licensed components retain their own terms and costs.
