ā Flat free projects are divided into two payments: a 50% deposit and 50% final payment. Contra will ask you the full payment and only release the 50% deposit to be released to me immediately, and the other 50% is on hold until the project is complete.
ā Most of my clients are not local, so I manage projects long distance using Google Meet (for meetings) and Contra (for chat) or email.
ā In my work system I take advantage of several digital tools, such as Notion (productivity and documentation) and Playbook (for file management and revisions). Upon start-up, you'll have access to a customer portal in Notion, tailor-made so you're on top of every step and progress to the final delivery.
ā Depends on the client's choice, I use Photoshop and Illustrator; I also use Figma for digital assets as Social Media, Docs or Presentation Design.
ā That's not my expertise, but I can take advantage with the help of ChatGPT and other AI tools.
