The client is contracting bluetech digital ltd for the following scope of work, tasks, deliverables, and responsibilities. We will be designing, developing, launching and maintaining a new custom website which will include:
1. Up to 30 pages (Including custom post types)
2. Custom content management system (CMS) software
3. Custom website design, page layouts & sitemap
4. Custom front-end framework software (Rendering client content hosted by the CMS)
5. First draft content copywritting
6. Page / content migration
7. CMS dashboard client access and website site security
8. Optimization for conversions
We will also help integrate the following third party services:
1. Vercel cloud hosting platform (Front-end framework)
2. CMS cloud hosting platform (CMS hosting)
3. Vercel Analytics & Speed-insights (At an additional cost)
4. Google Recaptcha protecting against website spam and abuse
5. Nodemailer API Email sending functionality
6. Posthog software platform for user cookie policies analytics and GDPR compliances
Post-launch services
Once the project is complete and the free support hours have been used up, the we will offer additional services at an hourly rate or at full cost defined below. This covers:
1. Website content changes/updates
2. Additional website pages & functionality
3. Front-end & CMS content Migrations
4. Assistance with domain DNS configurations, settings & setup (* The client will be responsible for providing and renewing any new or existing website domains and sub-domains credentials for the correct website hosing & deployment process.)
5. Additional maintenance package services including: (CMS & Front-End Framework).
6. Plugin updates, Web backups, Web Analytics, Web Security insights and Web Migrations.
