• Should I provide a brief to kick off the project?

  Every project is unique! Whether you have detailed plans or just a starting idea, I can help. No worries, we'll work together to bring your vision to life.

• What if I need more than rounds of revisions?

  I understand that some projects may require additional refinement. If you need more than three rounds of revisions, we can work on them as an add-on at my current hourly rate.

• How many changes can I request during design process?

  We'll work together to refine your website throughout the design process. After each stage (Structure & Design), I'll provide you with opportunities to review and provide feedback. This ensures we're on the same page and allows you to request any reasonable adjustments to the layout and design elements until you're completely satisfied.

• How will we communicate and collaborate throughout the design process?

  For general communication we can use Telegram, WhatsApp, Discord. For revision rounds, we can schedule the GoogleMeet/Zoom call or handle it through Figma comments.

• We finalized the UI concept, and the design is underway. However, I'd like to explore a completely different concept now. Is this possible?

  Great! We can definitely explore some design adjustments. Since we've already begun work on the approved concept, significant changes might require some additional time to implement. Would you like to schedule a call to discuss your ideas and see how we can best move forward?

• What if I want to update the website or add more pages after we finish the project?

  No problem! I understand websites evolve. Here's how we can handle future updates: Small tweaks: For minor changes, we can work on them at my current hourly rate. Bigger updates: If you have larger plans in mind, we can discuss a flat fee to keep things predictable. This way, you have the flexibility to choose the best option for your needs.
