In this phase, we'll determine what will be specifically required to reach the quality and presentation you're seeking, as well as determine pricing. Specific details like aesthetics and the type of deliverable you require should be determined at this time.

• Video File in format of choice (MP4, MOV, Apple ProRes, DCP)

  Final Edited Video Files The fully edited and polished version of your video delivered in high-quality MP4 or MOV format. This includes all necessary cuts, transitions, and enhancements, ensuring the video is ready for streaming, broadcasting, or distribution. Segmented Video Files If your video contains multiple segments, interviews, or distinct parts, I can provide each section as a separate file. This allows for repurposing content, such as creating highlights, promotional clips, or teasers. Color-Corrected and Graded Video A professionally color-corrected version of the video to enhance quality and visual consistency. This ensures a vibrant, polished, and visually appealing final product. Custom Motion Graphics If needed, I can create and integrate motion graphics, such as animated titles, lower thirds, transitions, or other visual elements, to emphasize key information and elevate the video’s presentation. Raw and Cleaned Video Files (Optional) Upon request, I can deliver raw video files, as well as cleaned versions with any unwanted elements removed. Project Files (Optional) For future edits or updates, I can provide the project files (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve) so you or another editor can access and modify the work as needed. Compression for Streaming Platforms To meet the technical requirements of platforms like YouTube, Vimeo, or social media, I will provide optimized video files with proper compression and format settings. Revision Policy After the file is delivered, you will be allotted one revision to request adjustments or refinements as needed, ensuring the work meets your expectations.
