Summary
Why you should work with me?
I received my degree in Interaction Design, have 2+ years of industry experience working at a start-up organization's UX/UI team, and am currently enrolled in a certificate course in Human-Computer Interaction. I am here to understand your users' needs in how to design products that make their life better.
What's included
UX Research Report
An insight on your current product that will include usability insights, areas of opportunity, accessibility, and competitive analysis. Research method(s) can be customized to determine by what pain points need to be resolved: Surveys Interviews Competitive Analysis.
Understanding Target Users
Through personas, empathy maps, and journey maps.
UI Designs and/or Redesigns
In the form of wireframes, user flows, information architecture, site maps, and high-fidelity UI prototypes. (I do not do hmtl, css, or coding. What I would create is what to give to a developer).
