What's included

• Clean chart of accounts

  The chart of accounts will be reviewed and cleaned up to make sure that each account being used is the correct one for your business and the expenses being recorded in them.

• Bank reconcillations

  Bank reconciliations will be done to assure that that QuickBooks and your bank and credit accounts match and there are no duplications or errors.

• Clean up duplicate vendors

  Your vendors in QuickBooks will be reviewed for duplicates and merged if needed.

• Clean up accounts payable

  If you use the accounts payable feature we will make sure that all bills that have been paid are matched to the transaction and cleared from the A/P ageing report.

• Clean up accounts receivable

  If you use the accounts receivable feature we will make sure that all invoices that have been paid by your clients are matched to the transaction and cleared from the A/R ageing report. After this you will have an accurate report of which invoices from your clients are overdue and for how long.

• Assure accurate reporting

  After the cleanup is complete you will have accurate reports such as the Profit and Loss report, Balance Sheet, Accounts Receivable Aging, and Accounts Payable Aging.
