I'm willing to make the characters as small as 16x16 pixels.
Bigger
Yes, I can make bigger characters but I mostly work with up to 180x180 because it detailed while still being a quick delivery.
Assets
I can divide animations into the separate frames in order for it to be used as a game asset.
