We will have some initial meetings to discuss which deliverable option fits your business best, what the timeline for completion will look like, and you will be given access to a Jira board where you can watch me outline and complete tasks.

My process for this kind of project would be a meeting with you or your team to work out what all of your needs are in terms of features and timeline for the final deliverable. You will be invited to a Jira board where you can watch the project progress, that way if you notice anything you'd like changed you can check it in advance and we can schedule a time to discuss it. For longer projects we will meet bi-weekly, and there will be a discussion with notes for the final deliverable at which point we can discuss if we need to work out a plan for long-term maintenance of the site.
