  Once your payment is complete, you'll receive a link to our detailed design brief. After you submit your brief, we'll review your vision and begin the creative process. You will receive the initial logo concepts within the delivery window specified in your chosen package.

• What kind of information will I need to provide in the design brief?

  The brief will ask you about your business, target audience, brand personality, and visual preferences. It also includes sections for you to share examples of logos you like and dislike. The more detail you provide, the better we can tailor the designs to your needs.

• What if I'm not satisfied with the designs?

  Our goal is your satisfaction, and we work through revisions to achieve that. Due to the custom nature of design work, full refunds are typically not offered once design work has commenced. However, we are committed to finding a fair solution.
