Up to 2x revisions on the selected logo design to ensure complete satisfaction with the final outcome. The client will have the opportunity to provide feedback and request changes until the desired result is achieved.
✅ Final Logo Files
Up to 4 format types will be provided in various file formats, including PNG, JPG, SVG, and PDF to meet the client's different printing and digital needs.
✅ Style Guides
Up to 3 color code formats that include RGB, CMYK, HEX Code, and font types used in the logo design to ensure consistency in future branding efforts.
✅ Ownership and Usage Rights
The client will receive legal ownership and usage rights for the logo design, ensuring they have the freedom to use it for all their branding and marketing needs.
✅ Customer Support
The client will receive designer support for any related inquiries up to 7 days after projects have been finished, ensuring they have smooth and seamless experiences with the services.
FAQs
Fear not, I will update daily on the Canva presentation file which allows both the designer and client to see the progress along with its feedback. Once the revisions are done, I will send the final files through the Google Drive folder or an email if you aren’t using Gmail. Additional notes may be applicable for file transfers.
Changing concepts are permitted on the conceptual stage where I give you mood board options. If you need to tweak the full concept after this process then it might need extra fees, starting from $50-70, and will be collected in the invoice.
It depends, if it is still within 7 days after the project has ended and only needs light improvements then I will make that up as a service guarantee. But If you make the complaint more than 7 days then it might need additional charges of $30. However, we can have an assertive discussion to find the best solution to launch your great projects.
