What's included

• Coaching Assessment

  You will receive a questionnaire to asses your goals and interest in being coached. You will have access to assessment throughout and after coaching session.

• 60 minute Coaching Call

  You will set up a coaching call for a time that works best for you using calendly. During this call we will do a visioning exercise to help set actionable goals that align with your purpose and values.

• Goal setting

  Within 2 days, you will receive a brief report with clear goals that are specific, measurable, achievable and time bound.
