  A 1-2 page plan that maps your current process, systems, and data flows, then defines the target workflow in Make.com/n8n/Zapier (and any Python glue). Includes trigger→actions diagram, field mappings, error paths, SLAs, and success metrics. Acceptance: final PDF + editable canvas, signed off by you before build starts.

• Build & Launch of Production Workflow

  Implement and deploy the agreed workflow (ads → CRM → Slack/Email, with dedupe and retries). Includes auth setup, variables/secrets, rate-limit handling, and idempotency to prevent duplicates. Acceptance: end-to-end run succeeds with sample and live data; latency and accuracy meet the Blueprint metrics.

• Monitoring, Docs & Handover

  Add logging, run history, and alerts (email/Slack) for failures/timeouts, plus a rollback switch. Deliver step-by-step runbook, environment notes, and 30-min handover video/call. Acceptance: you can pause/resume, update keys, and recover from a failed run using the provided docs.
