Process

Discovery Call
We start with a 15–30 minute call to understand your business, goals, target audience, and design preferences. This helps align the project with your brand vision from the start.
Research & Inspiration
I conduct industry research and explore competitor brands to gather insights. Based on this, I create mood boards or visual direction options that reflect your brand’s tone and personality.
Concept Development
Using Adobe Illustrator, I begin crafting initial logo concepts, selecting color palettes, and exploring typography. You’ll receive 1–3 design directions to choose from and provide feedback on.
Design Refinement
Based on your selected concept, I refine the design—polishing the logo, defining a supporting color system, and choosing complementary typefaces. This stage ensures every visual element feels cohesive.
Brand Asset Creation
I design supporting brand elements such as business cards, letterhead, social media kits, and other collateral using Illustrator and Photoshop. These assets help bring your identity to life in practical ways.
Brand Guideline Development
A clean, easy-to-follow brand guideline is created, covering logo usage, colors, typography, and asset application rules. This ensures brand consistency wherever it’s applied.
Final Delivery & Handoff
All final files are organized and delivered in folders, including multiple formats (PNG, JPG, PDF, EPS, SVG) and editable source files (AI and PSD). You’ll be fully equipped to launch and grow with a professional brand identity.

  • What’s included in the brand identity package?

    A typical package includes a logo suite (primary, secondary, and icon), color palette, typography system, brand guidelines, and essential brand assets like business cards, letterhead, social media kit, and mockups. You’ll also receive all final files in multiple formats and editable source files.

  • How long does a brand identity project take?

    Most brand identity projects are completed within 2 to 3 weeks, depending on the scope and responsiveness during the feedback stages.

  • How many logo concepts and revisions do I get?

    You’ll receive 1–3 initial logo concepts and up to 2 rounds of revisions on your chosen direction. Additional revisions can be discussed if needed.

  • What if I already have a logo but need a full identity system?

    That’s no problem I can build a complete identity system around your existing logo, including color palette, typography, guidelines, and supporting assets.

  • Do I own the designs once the project is complete?

    Yes. Upon final payment, you receive full rights to use the designs as you wish. I’ll also send you all source files in case you need future edits.

  • Will I be able to edit the files later on my own?

    Yes. You’ll receive editable files (AI and PSD) and can work with another designer or team to make updates. I’m also available for ongoing support if you need it.

  • Can you design packaging or other marketing materials?

    Absolutely. While not part of the core package, I offer add-ons like packaging, presentation decks, flyers, and more. Just let me know what you need during the discovery phase.

  • Logo Suite

    You’ll receive a complete set of logos to use across different platforms. This includes the Primary Logo, which is the main version used in most places. A Secondary Logo will also be provided—this is a simplified or alternate layout (like horizontal or vertical) for flexible use. Lastly, you’ll get a Brand Icon or Symbol, perfect for profile pictures, favicons, or app icons.

  • Color Palette

    A refined set of primary, secondary, and accent colors with hex/RGB/CMYK codes for both print and digital use. Includes guidelines on usage, contrast, and accessibility.

  • Typography System

    Your brand will include a carefully chosen set of fonts for headings and body text that match your brand’s personality. This includes the font names and sources, clear guidelines on how to use them for headings, subheadings, and body copy, and any important notes about licensing if needed.

  • Corporate Assets

    To ensure your brand is consistently represented across all formal communications, you’ll receive a set of corporate brand assets designed with professionalism and clarity. This includes a custom letterhead for official documents, a business card design that reflects your brand identity, and identity card layouts for team or staff use. Additionally, your package will include branded envelope designs—ideal for correspondence—and presentation folders, perfect for proposals, client meetings, or events. Each asset will be designed to maintain brand consistency while enhancing the credibility and professionalism of your business.

  • Brand Mockups Preview

    You’ll receive a set of realistic brand mockups that visually showcase how your new identity comes to life across various touchpoints. These previews include your branding applied to stationery, merchandise, banners, billboards, and more—helping you visualize how your brand will appear in the real world. It’s a powerful way to see your brand in action and make a strong impression when presenting to stakeholders, clients, or your audience.

  • Brand Guidelines

    As part of your deliverables, you’ll receive a comprehensive Brand Guideline that outlines how to use your visual identity consistently and effectively. This document includes clear instructions on logo usage, color application, typography, imagery style, and overall brand tone. Whether you’re working with a designer, developer, or marketing team, this guide ensures everyone represents your brand accurately across all platforms and materials.

  • Brand Assets

    All final brand assets will be delivered in well-organized folders for easy access and use. You’ll receive your files in multiple formats, including PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, and EPS, to ensure compatibility across different platforms and applications. Both light and dark variations will be included, along with versions optimized for print and web. You’ll also get the editable source files, typically in AI or Figma, allowing for future updates or adjustments as needed.
