Refining product vision, defining strategy, product roadmapping, feature ideation and gathering requirements from user and market research insights

Competitive market analysis, value proposition refinement, strategic messaging, product marketing newsletters, and marketing site optimizations
Stakeholder Alignment
Keeping internal and external teams aligned on strategic goals and product performance (including qualitative feedback and quantitative data insights through queries, analyses, visualizations, and dashboard design)

With a touch of systems thinking and prioritization techniques, I breakdown product roadmaps into actionable steps and keep design and development teams focused on high impact work.
Feature Definition
Preparing design and development teams for seamless execution through with well crafted user stories, acceptance criteria, and visual aids (process diagrams, low to high fidelity wireframes, no-code/low-code prototypes)
Planning & Prioritization
Leveraging prioritization frameworks to manage the product backlog and sprint planning to align with the product roadmap
Cross-functional Collaboration
Overseeing day to day product development by minimizing blockers, clarifying requirements, ensuring usability, managing technical (API) vendor relationships, and keeping track of progress
Process Improvement
Soliciting feedback (ex. retros) to optimize internal processes with things like strategic meeting coordination, external tooling, or building with no-code/low-code to cut down on manual workflows
User Research: What are users' goals and frustrations?
Whether I'm acting as a product manager focused on strategy, as a product owner dedicated to tactical execution, or a blend of both, advocating for the user is always my first priority.
Over the years, I've developed a lot of expertise conducting and synthesizing user research through mixed methods, including:
User interviews, focus groups, survey campaigns
Usability and prototype testing for design optimization
Setting up automated (in-product) feedback loops
Persona development, user journey mapping, lightweight heuristic UX audits
