Do I need to be on a live Zoom call with you?
No. I respect your time. I perform the audit asynchronously and record a detailed Loom video walkthrough of my findings. You can watch the diagnosis at your own convenience, share it with your team, and refer back to it anytime.
Will you fix everything you find during the audit?
This service includes the diagnosis of all issues and the immediate hands-on repair of ONE critical error (up to 1 hour of implementation). For the rest of the issues, I will provide a prioritized "Red Light/Green Light" Action Plan. If you would like me to implement the full roadmap, we can discuss a separate implementation package.
What access do you need to get started?
You will simply create a restricted "Assistant" or "Admin" user account for me inside your Kajabi settings. You do not need to share your personal password, and you remain in full control of your site security.
My backend is a complete mess. Should I clean it up before you look?
A: No, please come as you are! It is actually better if I see the site exactly as it is right now. This helps me understand your natural workflow and identify where the real friction points are. Don't worry about the chaos, I operate in a judgment-free zone, and "messy" usually just means you've been busy creating content!

I don't just look at settings; I act like a customer. I will record a 20-30 minute Loom video going through your opt-ins, checkout flows, and email sequences to show you exactly where the user experience breaks or gets confusing.
The "Red Light / Green Light" Report (PDF)
A prioritized checklist of your Kajabi health. Red Light: Critical errors stopping sales (Broken links, bad tags, failed automations). Yellow Light: Optimization opportunities (Better checkout design, upsells). Green Light: What is working well.
One Immediate "Critical Fix" Implementation
I won't just tell you what's wrong; I will fix the single most dangerous error I find. Examples: Fixing a broken webhook, repairing a checkout page, or setting up a missing tag. (Limited to 1 hour of implementation time).
