You'll get a final design with a concrete design system, component sets and ready for the developer handoff
Design review
If you need to, I'll review the coded product before it goes live in order to prevent critical UI bugs

Yes. It is needed to lessen the number of questions from my side. The more the brief is the fewer questions I ask and the less friction occurs.
For general communication, we can use Telegram which is super convenient and secure. For revision rounds, we can schedule the GoogleMeet/Zoom call or handle it through Figma comments.
