📞 Discovery call Let's start with a friendly chat to understand your vision and goals for the product.
🔍 Exploration & Research Deep dive into your project, studying your briefs, researching competitors, and gathering inspiration to create a solid foundation for the project.
📐 Sketch and wireframe Creating information architecture & user flows to outline the navigation and functionality of your product. Creating lo-fi wireframes to map out the base layout of main screens.
🎨 High-fidelity design Designing the final UI concepts to test.
✨ Prototyping It is needed to understand the correct flow and interactions of the product for both designer and developers
🔁 Revision rounds After Structure & Design steps we collaborate through rounds of revisions to refine and perfect every detail according to your feedback.
🤝 Developer handoff I prepare the designs for hand-off compiling component library & writing annotations, to ensure smooth transition from design to development.

  • Update frame

    Every 2-3 days

  • Should I provide a brief to kick off the project?

    Yes. It is needed to lessen the number of questions from my side. The more the brief is the fewer questions I ask and the less friction occurs.

  • How will we communicate and collaborate throughout the design process?

    For general communication, we can use Telegram which is super convenient and secure. For revision rounds, we can schedule the GoogleMeet/Zoom call or handle it through Figma comments.

  • How many changes can I request during design process?

    Your feedback is highly valued and encouraged – during our collaboration under an hourly-based project, I provide unlimited revision rounds at any stage.

  • What if I want to update the app or add more screens after we finish the project?

    Feel free to reach out to me whenever you need an update. I'm open to providing continuous support for projects at my current hourly rate.

  • Full UX research

    I'll conduct a full UX research before diving into the design. I'll learn about your product deeply, your competitors, and their weak and strong points, interview your current or potential users, and anything that helps me during the design process

  • Sketches and wireframes

    They are needed to validate my solutions fast and accelerate the high-fidelity design

  • High-fidelity UI design on Figma

    You'll get a final design with a concrete design system, component sets and ready for the developer handoff

  • Design review

    If you need to, I'll review the coded product before it goes live in order to prevent critical UI bugs
