Work is managed into two sprints per month. Each sprint is allocated 20 hours per week.

All project requests will be added into the next Sprint. If there is not currently an active Sprint one will kick off the following Monday.

We will reply to all communication from a Client within 48 hours (2 business days). Any downtime due to technical issues will be prioritized and triaged immediately (initial response within 24 hours).
