As a small business, the biggest issue I see owners face time and time again is being in their own way. They have big ideas and even bigger visions, but they don't know where to begin or have the capacity to implement. The bottom line is they are too close to the business to make objective decisions. You cannot read the label from inside the bottle! This is where I come in.
Using the L.E.A.P. methodology, I work with your team to bring broad concepts into tangible, actionable outcomes, designed to drive results through simplified action and implementation.
The L.E.A.P methodology is designed to help explore beyond what's currently in place, tapping into potential growth opportunities that may not be immediately obvious but are ultimately the most effective for success.

Process

Schedule a no obligation consultation call.
If we decide we're a good fit for each other, we'll get an agreement signed, payment set up, schedule our kick-off call, and jump in with our audit.
You'll assign a team member to fill out the questionnaire before our kick-off call.
After the call I'll get to work creating our 90-day L.E.A.P. plan and begin implementation.
Depending on need and availability, I'll meet with you or your team once a week to keep the initiatives moving forward.
We review everything after 90 days and create a new 90-day plan.
Wash, Rinse, Repeat until your revenue is doubled.

FAQs

  • What if I don't make mid-6 figures yet?

    You're on your way! Awesome! Unfortunately if you don't have a team to help you implement, you'll end up being overwhelmed and stressed. That is not my goal. If you're just looking for some direction, I offer a one time strategy call where you get the 90-day L.E.A.P. plan and implement on your own schedule. Check out the Growth Marketing Roadmap.

  • How soon will I see results?

    As with everything, results vary, but if you are an established business with some traction, you'll be able to see the results in 12 months or less. If I don't think I can help you double your revenue in that time, I won't take you on as a client. It takes a minimum of 6 months to gain the momentum and get everything in place.

  • What if I need to cancel?

    I get that sometimes things come at us that we don't plan for. I have a 30-day cancellation to allow time for off boarding your team and tying up any loose ends. I don't pause contracts or do long-term contracts.

    • Limit Focus: Identify THE ONE goal that needs to be tackled first to make the most immediate impact. • Establish a 90 Day strategic plan: Define what metrics to measure success implementation requirements to achieve set milestones objectives. • Assets: Explore beyond what's currently in place, tapping into potential growth opportunities that may not be immediately obvious but are ultimately the most effective for success. • Review Progress: Data tracking and analysis to make adjustments and shifts as required.

    All of our communication in one neat package! No more hunting through emails or scrolling through text messages.

  • Weekly submission of assets for feedback

    Weekly submission of assets for review and feedback. Social posts, videos, copy, landing pages, offers, lead magnets, etc. Whatever marketing initiatives you want professional eyes on, send them over weekly.
