I may request for additional information or ask clarifying questions later on in the process.

Once we iron out the details, I'll send you a project proposal of everything we talked about, just so everything is clear on both ends. I'll also need the first 50% of the payment.

Once the initial payment is made, I will start the creation process.

My first deliverable will be an outline of the brand voice guide for your approval. Once I have your feedback, I'll begin writing.

My second deliverable will be the first draft, which I'll be sending in your preferred medium before the agreed upon deadline, with enough time for you to check if any revisions are needed.

If there are any requested revisions within 48 hours of my submitting the draft, I'll incorporate your feedback into the draft and send you the final copy after.

Upon completion of the project, I will need the final 50% of the payment.
