• What’s Included vs. Out of Scope?

  ✅ Included (What I Deliver): Product discovery & strategy sessions Product roadmap with timelines and priorities User research insights & feature definitions UI/UX collaboration and recommendations Technical integration guidance (APIs) Agile product ownership (sprints, backlog, QA oversight) Go-to-market launch plan & adoption strategy Post-launch feedback analysis & optimization recommendations ❌ Out of Scope (What I Don’t Deliver): Direct coding or software engineering (I guide dev teams but don’t write code) Visual design delivery (I collaborate with UI/UX designers but don’t create mockups myself) Long-term maintenance or ongoing operations (unless agreed in a retainer) Marketing execution (ads, campaigns, etc. I provide strategy but not hands-on delivery)

• Do you also provide developers or designers?

  I focus on product leadership and strategy guiding the process, managing priorities, and ensuring your product is built effectively. Typically, I work directly with your existing developers, designers, and other partners to bring the vision to life. If you don’t already have a team, I can connect you with trusted collaborators for engineering or design support. Please note that their services would be billed separately from my own

• How do you communicate and how often?

  I believe clear, consistent communication is key to a successful project. Here’s my approach: Weekly Updates: A concise status report outlining progress, next steps, and any blockers. Check-ins: A short weekly standup or call to align priorities and answer questions. Day-to-Day Communication: Available on Slack or email for quick updates, clarifications, or urgent issues.

• Who owns the work?

  You do. All deliverables, boards, and documents are yours at handoff.

• How do changes work?

  If scope changes, I’ll flag it early with options (trade-offs, add-ons, or timeline shifts). No surprises, I'll always communicate effectively to ensure we are on the same page

• What about time zone and availability?

  I’m based in Kenya (EAT) and overlap easily with US and Europe hours. I can flex for both basic and critical milestones depending on where you're located.
