• What software do you use for rendering

  Blender, primarily due to its open-source nature.

• What file formats do you accept for models?

  - Blend (.blend) - Wavefront (.obj) - FBX (.fbx) - Collada (.dae) - GL Transmission Format (.glb / .gltf) - Stanford PLY (.ply) - And many more supported by Blender

• What is the turnaround time for a standard render?

  Within 2 hours.

• Can I choose the background color for the render?

  Absolutely! You may choose any solid color for background.

• Can I request a specific camera angle for the render?

  Absolutely! This is part of the process.

• Do you offer revisions to the render?

  Your iterative feedback throughout the process ensures that everything is curated to your needs. Any further revisions will cost an hourly rate of $10.

• Do you offer any model repair services if my model has issues?

  Minor issues that can be solved in seconds are conveniently done cost-free, usually without any notice due to time constraint. If the issues are serious enough, you'll be asked if you'd like to us to repair all faults at the rate of $25/hour. Major faults as such include (but are not limited to) poorly unwrapped UV, glitching materials and dysfunctional meshflow.

• Do you offer custom lighting setups?

  If it's minor changes in pre-defined setup then it's conveniently free. We offer custom lighting setups made from scratch at $25 per setup.

• What resolution will the final render be?

  A set of 8k, 4k and 1k resolution. You may define the aspect ratio in the beginning.

• What format will the final render be delivered in?

  By default in PNG. You may specify a different format and we'll deliver in that format if possible, otherwise inform you.

• Can I use the rendered image for commercial purposes?

  By delivering the finalized renders to you, we license you the exclusive rights to use, modify and distribute the delivered material in any form for any purpose under the copyright law. In easy words, you may use it however you like, in any form you like, for any purposes you like.
