Summary

Custom design work should be accessible to everyone. If you need something designed and already have your copy and photos ready, book me for a day, and let’s create something special together! You can ask me strategy questions and receive brand collateral (such as templates, lead magnets, course designs, etc.) that is thoughtfully designed for your business. Please note that this service does not include logo design or website design, and it is not a complete design or strategy package. This service is perfect for you if: - you need one-off design tasks to be completed - you’re not able to invest in a full custom design package - you’re on a smaller timeline

On our Designer Day, I could create:

- Customizable Canva templates

- Social media graphics

- Lead magnet design

- Misc marketing collateral

- PDF or presentation creation

- And much more

Process

The entire process will take approximately one week. To get started, please schedule an initial project scope call using my scheduling link. You can send me any design assets, such as brand photos, icons, and other materials that you would like included in the design collateral, up until the time of our call. The Breakdown: 1. We will start with a project scope call to determine your exact design needs and finalize a date for the design day.

2. Next, we will provide our contract and invoice, along with an invitation to our client workspace where you will complete a brief questionnaire before the design day.

3. On the design day, we’ll begin with a quick call to outline the day's work.

4. After that, we will get to work on bringing your vision to life.

5. We’ll conclude the day with one final call, during which we will hand over your completed designs, and then we'll be finished!

FAQs

What do I need to have ready prior to our Design Day?
This service requires you to have branding or previous logo design. This is not a logo design day. This process focuses on enhancing your brand through new design collateral, including course design, Canva template design, lead magnet PDF design, and more. No other requirements are necessary!

Do you design websites on these days?
I can help you setup the basics in Wix. I design websites on a case-by-case basis and collaborate with a website developer throughout the process. I only include this in full-brand design packages. I am fluent in the setup of Squarespace and Wix.
How early do I need to book design services?
If you have a deadline for a launch, it’s best to give everything 2 weeks! A 4-week branding project should be scheduled for at least 6 weeks before your launch. Reach out if you have any questions!

What's included

Project Scope Call
In this session, we will discuss the project scope for your desired project, including brand strategy, your target audience, potential roadblocks, and creative solutions to achieve your design goals.
Determined Brand Collateral (Templates, Course Design, Icon Creation, etc.)
I will create collateral for your brand as discussed in our project scope call, including both print and digital applications such as templates, lead magnets, course designs, and more. Please note: This service does not include logo design, as I specialize in creating logo suites within my other brand design serices. This service does not replace logo design or website design, and it is not a design or strategy package.
Scheduled 9-10 Hour Design Day
We will schedule our design day and begin with a call on that day. You have the option to co-work with me for a few hours while I focus on the designs. Throughout our scheduled day, we will take breaks at set intervals and communicate via Slack for real-time revisions and feedback.
1 Revision
You will receive a ZIP file containing your brand collateral files through Playbook, which will allow you to download all your design assets from our Designer Day. If you notice any changes you'd like to request in the designs, you have 14 days to reach out for one round of revisions.
