You and I sign a scope of work outlining what needs to be done. You set up a Botstacks hosting subscription and invite me to the project. This ensures that you will own the project once development is finished.

I set up a flow wireframe that outlines how a user will be led through the chatbot journey.

A prompt is created that will manage the goal and tone of your bot. Knowledge base information is gathered and uploaded to the Botstack's brain vault. This can be URL's, excel documents, and PDFs among other things. This will be the brain that your chatbot will reference to answer customer questions. URL uploads from your site are faster, but customizing your brain vault with curated documents is offers better control of chatbot responses.
