Process

1) Consultation & Site Package Selection

We start with a discovery call to understand your goals, audience, and brand. Based on your needs, we help you choose the best website package—LaunchPad, ProSite, or Premium Experience.

2) Booking & Down Payment

To secure your project, we require a down payment. This locks in your spot and allows us to begin the design process.

3) Content Collection & Design Kickoff

Depending on your package, you’ll provide website content (text, logos, colour palette, and images), or we’ll help craft it for you. Our team also conducts a website audit to refine your online presence strategy.

4) Design, Review & Revisions

Starting with wireframing and working up to the completed design, we build your site according to your selected package. This includes incorporating SEO best practices and key features. You’ll have up to 2 revisions for LaunchPad and ProSite, and up to 4 for Premium Experience to refine the design.

5) Finalization & Website launch

Once approved, the final payment is made, and we push your website live! We ensure everything runs smoothly, and if needed, we assist with hosting and domain registration through our trusted partner.
