Within one week, using up to 20 anonymized sample files, I will map inputs, manual checks, exceptions, and system handoffs; assess extraction or classification feasibility; and deliver a written pilot scope with acceptance criteria, quality metrics, and an implementation estimate. Includes a kickoff call and a results walkthrough. The audit does not include production integration, processing live personal data, or confirming that a payment cleared based only on a receipt image.
